The MRX small class can roll rings with an outer diameter of 250 mm to 400 mm. It is designed to take up very little space and it is able to mass-produce small ring products at high speed giving our customers an economical advantage. This machine class is designed for the production of bearing races and automobile related parts. The MRX250 model is specially designed with the taper rolls and all the other components built in one frame, so it can be installed directly on the working floor without the need for a special foundation.
Our main product is the MRX medium class ring rolling mill, which is used for rings with an outer diameter of 400 mm to 1,500 mm. Its axial rolls are controlled by an independent frame and the mandrel is retractable. Loading and unloading of the base rings is done horizontally, while the mandrel is retracted. This method is generally considered the most suitable for mass production in this machine class. This machine series is perfect for the rolling of bearing races, gears and flanges.
