We have established a quality management system based on ISO 9001.
We have also established a system to reflect customer feedback and that enables us to conduct continuous improvement activities. We are confident that we can provide products and services with quality that will fully satisfy our customers.

Ring rolling mill in-house testing machine
We have installed a ring rolling mill manufactured by our company in our plant as a ring rolling test machine. This allows us to conduct not only research on ring rolling mill development, but also trial rolling at your request using this facility.
A handling manipulator made by our company is also located next to the ring production line, which allows visitors to visualize an actual ring production line.

Pressure testing room
We have pumps capable of generating the 1,000 MPa required for autofrettage and pressure testing of high-pressure equipment, as well as engineers who specialize in super-high pressure, to comply with various grade standards such as the High Pressure Gas Safety Act and ASME.
We are also a certified holder of ASME S, U, and U2. In 2021 we also got ourselves certified for U3.
Inspection, analysis, and quality control
We have a Quantovac analyzer and various inspection equipment, and have established an inspection system that satisfies the quality requirements of our customers.
Quantovac analyzers can quickly perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of solid metals without complex pretreatment. They are used in all aspects of steel, casting, and nonferrous metal analysis, from research and development to manufacturing sites, quality control, and assurance.
