Nonferrous metal separators (standard type/high-performance type)
Using permanent magnets, magnetic materials are separated by a strong AC magnetic field generated by the high-speed rotation of the magnetic rotor. The rotor mounted on the separator can be selected according to your requirements.
Strengths
Our magnetic rotors have an eccentric structure, so objects do not get trapped between the drum and the belt, and they have a long service life.
Compared to the concentric type, the magnetic gradient of the AC magnetic field of the magnetic rotor is larger, which results in superior sorting capability.
Standard Type Main Specifications
The standard type can recover nonferrous metals with a particle size of 20 mm with high purity.

Magnetic rotors
Our magnetic rotors for nonferrous metal separators have achieved a recovery rate of more than 95%. In addition, the existing equipment frame can be diverted to increase capacity by renewing only the magnetic rotor.
Standard type
The standard type is widely used for scrap materials, cans, and so on. It is particularly suitable for non-ferrous material with a processed material particle size of 15 mm or more.
High-performance type
The high-performance type features high magnetic force and multiple poles. It supports recovery of nonferrous metals with a small particle size of 5 mm and improved recovery purity.
