Link conveyors operate between each piece of machinery and equipment according to the plant layout to collect chips and other materials. Because they can bend in three dimensions, the layout is flexible, and can be adapted to a wide range of needs. (Some restrictions apply.) In FMS plants that continuously operate 24 hours a day, the entire process can be automated, from unattended chip collection from each machine tool to accumulation in outdoor storage hoppers.

Sample testing machine
We have a sample testing machine that allows us to see if materials can be transported and to confirm the limits of the input method by actually carrying the subject materials. We also provide free sample conveyance testing reports and videos. (Sample shipping costs are borne by the customer.)
