Our new MRB Series of ring rolling mills have higher rigidity than the (conventional) MRX Series and employ a servo-controlled feedback control system. This results in dramatically improved rolling stability and ring roundness. Because a stronger frame can withstand higher loads, this makes it possible to roll profile rings and taller rings (in terms of height), which had been difficult in the past. We promise to build a solid foundation for skilled manufacturing, to realize stable supply, and to deliver high performance in response to various future demands.

The high rigidity and stable operation also result in an improved yield rate. Medium diameter ring rolling mills
Our medium MRB Series mills provide a stable supply of rings for various fields, mainly slewing rings for medium-size and small construction equipment, trucks, railroads, machine tools, and oil plant piping fittings. With the new disc rolling technology, we have realized a significant reduction in time from the previous method of using a press to produce the shape. These facilities are vital for requirements that will become even more complex in the future.

Labor saving through automation is an unavoidable issue for future production lines, and we will proactively respond to such demands. We support a varied repertoire, from integrated lines incorporating blanking presses to ring rolling mills to loading equipment, to combinations with equipment from other companies other than ring rolling mills.
