MRB-2700 Ring Rolling Facility Line installation completed for Japan domestic forging company.
We had completed the installation of Ring Rolling facility Line for Japan domestic forging company. This Ring Rolling facility is consisted of 3000T Blanking Press, MRB-2700 Ring Rolling Mill, Handling Manipulator, Non-contact Ring Measuring Device & Ring Palletizing Device. Ring blank taken out of the heating furnace is to be forged by Blanking Press first, then it goes through ring rolling process. After that, forged ring will be transported to a non-contact ring measuring device, and collected by Ring Palletizing Device to be taken to further process. This process is fully automated, contributing to labor savings and safety improvement.
