Two units of cement kiln were shipped to a domestic cement manufacturer in Japan in Dec 2020. The customer has had a high regard for our performance and placed additional orders for kiln with us.

MNM just finished commissioning of MRB1400 ring rolling mill for a forging company in Japan in September this year. Automatic operation is expected to be used for the rolling of many parts, thus reducing the dependence on experienced operators, improving the productivity, and consistency of product dimensions.

IE Expo China, China’s leading environmental show was held in August 2020 and we participated with a magnetic separator system for demonstration purposes installed in our booth. Unfortunately support staff from the head office in Japan were not able to join due to Covid-19, but members from Shanghai Ryoutan Machinery Co., Ltd., our subsidiary in Shanghai, China organized MNM’s exhibit there.
Commissioning of 1500T open-die forging press completed for a forging company.
1500T open-die forging press
In August this year, MNM has delivered and commissioned 1500T open-die forging press (two column pull-down type) for a forging company in Japan. In order to improve productivity and eliminate hazardous work, the customer has decided to replace an air-drop hammer with this forging press. We would like to take advantage of this opportunity to prove the case that replacing a hammer with a forging press is a viable option.

In June this year, MNM completed delivery of a non-ferrous metal magnetic separating system for a recycling plant in Japan. his system consists of a magnetic separator which sorts out ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal magnetic separator that separates out/recover non-ferrous metal, and a color separator that further separates non-ferrous metal into aluminum, copper, tin, and so forth. Our customer thinks very highly of the performance they can achieve on this newly installed system.

MNM shipped Plate-Type Heat Exchanger that weighs as much as 190 ton in April 2020. Despite delivery delay of imported components due to unseasonable typhoon, we were able to ship it out in a timely fashion thanks to the efforts of all corners.

In Feb 2020, we completed the commissioning of MRB1000 ring rolling mill for a forging company overseas. With the latest control system developed on our own, the customer will be much less dependent on operators’ experience & skill and be able to roll rings automatically.
