MNM supplied RH Molten steel collecting cart and its operation started in Feb 2020. We worked with a Chinese manufacturer for the first time, who successfully delivered the whole car of high quality at a low cost in a timely manner. We wish to further this relationship and take on yet another project built on this experience.

MNM’ No. 2 Isahaya Workshop starts its operation in Oct 2019. We can fabricate products up to 30 ton there. Through close cooperation with our affiliate Marunaka Sangyo Co., Ltd. who is located close by, we can take advantage of increased productivity, sharing resources and information between the two companies.

A transfer cart in steel making line
We shipped out a transfer cart in steel making line for a steel plant in Japan in Oct this year. It will be utilized in broom continuous casting line for the purpose of improving the productivity of the line.

We participated in MF-TOKYO2019 that was held from July 31st through August 3rd 2019. Panel and video display at our booth covers a wide range of MNM products such as vibration isolator, forging press, manipulator, ring rolling mill & in-house test ring rolling mill, in addition to various types of ring rolled on our test ring rolling mill.

In July, hand-over of 100m3electro-hydraulic bucket shells for dredging was completed. hese shells are made of high-tensile, and abrasion-resistant steel with enhanced durability. They are replacement parts carried by a dredging boat and capable of withstanding virtually even the full 20 hour daily use for 365 days.
MNM none-ferrous metal separator exhibited at IE expo China 2019.
IE expor China 2019 Environmental Technology Conference
IE expor China 2019 Environmental Technology Conference was held in April this year. MNM displayed none-ferrous metal separators for demonstration purposes. This exhibition is the largest of its kind in Asia and more than 20,000 companies from all over the world have participated. .We have exhibited our none-ferrous metal separators and demonstrated its performance using sample materials. MNM plans to participate in the same exhibition in 2020 as well with an additional stainless steel separator that is highly evaluated among customers in Japan.
New color sorter installed in Isahaya works for demonstration in April this year.
New color sorter installed for demonstration
MNM now has a new color sorter installed for demonstration in Isahaya works. Color sorter identifies colors of materials and sort them out by air blow. Combined with our magnetic separators, you can set up a metal separator line. Color sorter with its color identifying function, can sort out various types of industrial waste including electronic circuit boards, plastics, etc.
Erection and commissioining of MRB-1600 ring rolling line completed.

We have successfully delivered MRB-1600 ring rolling mill line to a forging company in Japan. This ring rolling line consists of a ring rolling mill, a handling manipulator, and an unloader. This handling manipulator has MNM's first control system by coordinate values.
400T C type press delivered to a shipyard in Japan.

MNM supplied 400T C type press to a shipyard in Japan. It is going to be used to bend structural ship parts. One of the features of this press is, the latest technology called "hybrid oil hydraulics" that can regulate the pressure and flow rate with high accuracy.
Turning lathe of the largest capacity starts operation.
A turning lathe
We have completed the installation of a turning lathe that has one of the largest capacity in Japan. This turning lathe can take up to φ10 m with its table size of φ8 m. The max. load is 200 ton. It has 6 attachements. We wish to develop businesses taking advantage of this new machine of high capabilities.
