In Nov, we delivered two large multi-purpose doors to a nuclear power plant in Japan. Unlike water-tight doors that we have supplied over the years, this type of door is water-tight , fire-resistant and designed to withstand tornados.
MRB-1000 delivered to a forging company in Japan.

MRB-1000 has been delivered and accepted by a forging company in Japan in Oct. Rings of A6061 aluminum and copper alloy with which we had little experience, were rolled in load test.
193T clamshell bucket delivered.

In October 2018, MNM completed the manufacture and delivery of 19m3/193T clamshell bucket for dredging. The bucket is to be loaded on a large dredging boat owned by our customer. We are sure this bucket will satisfy our customer in dredging work under highly demanding conditions both in Japan and overseas.
Gear box for 6500T ship delivered.
Marine gear boxes
MNM has been receiving orders for marine gear boxes recently, and performs machining, assembly, and test-run on them. The first unit was shipped out in October 2018. The gear box is connected to propeller drive of the ship with 6600kw of main transmission power. The total weight is 71Ton. The remainder of orders received is going to be delivered as scheduled.
Delivery of MRB-450 Ring Rolling Mill for the Japanese forging company completed.

Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery delivered MRB-450 Ring Rolling Mill to a Japanese forging company in September 2018. This newly developed machine has the laser measuring system to measure outer diameter of rings and fine adjustment mechanism that can be controlled from the operation room.
Three types and four units of buffer tank delivered.

MNM manufactured and shipped out three types and four units of buffer tank to a power generation company in Japan in September 2018. The customer regards our technology and supply experiences very highly. The manufacturing of pressure vessels forms the core technology of MNM, which is going to be handed down to the next generation of our engineers.

In June 2018, MNM successfully delivered and commissioned MRB650 ring rolling mill for a forging company in India. The MRB650 is used for producing bearing races for top bearing makers.

Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery manufactured and delivered pig iron collecting cart in June 2018. Its size is 11500mm (L), 8200mm (W), 2380mm (H), and the weight is 135ton, the largest ever in our supply history of pig iron collecting cart.
Commissioning and hand-over for 1000T forging press completed.
1000T forging press
In Mar 2018, MNM completed the hand-over of 1000T forging press to a forging company in Japan. The forging press is a four-column hydraulic push-down type. The main frame is of a single-piece fabricated construction. The press is used to form blank rings for ring rolling.
Lower ladle of RH(Ruhrstahl-Heraes process) delivered to Steel Mill in Japan.

MNM manufactured and completed the delivery of lower ladle or RH (Ruhrstahl-Heraes degassing system) in March 2018. This vacuum degassing system is utilized to remove gasses such as hydrogen from liquid steel in order to produce high-grade steel.
Two Deck tanks for the shipbuilding company manufactured and delivered.

Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery manufactured and delivered two different types of deck tank to a shipbuilding company in Japan in March 2018. This is the tank for storing and transferring liquefied ammonia and liquefied petroleum gas, etc. MNM continues our efforts to meet customers’ high expectations for shipbuilding industries.

Mitsubishi Nagasaki Machinery manufactured and delivered a buffer tank to a power generation company in February 2018. It is 4000mm (I.D), 74mm (TH), 26000mm (L), in size and the weight is 192 ton.
