We have an integrated production system that can handle everything from design to shipping. In terms of manufacturing, our plant is equipped with a 10,000 ton press and other facilities capable of handling various large products, such as large turning lathes, and the plant’s vast space can be used for assembly and test runs. We also own a private wharf suitable for shipping, which allows us to ship large products directly to our customers.

To contribute to skilled manufacturing that meets customer requirements, we are constantly challenging ourselves to develop hydraulic technology and control technology, and contribute to productivity and quality improvement by realizing stress analysis, labor saving, automation, and so on.
Manufacturing
We have some of the largest turning lathes in western Japan, including a 10,000 ton press that can handle ultra-thick bending. In addition to bending, we also have facilities capable of cutting, welding, and diverse kinds of processing. Also, for pressure equipment, where we can boast of many achievements, we obtained ASME S, U, and U2 stamp certification in 1975, followed by U3 stamp certification in recent years.
